We currently offer UPS Services for all orders, typically taking up to 2-5 business days. Sense Swim ® is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the purchaser's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods; transit times may vary due to customs delays. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Sense Swim ® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery by the currier. Sense Swim ® is not liable for any lost packages if you have given authority to leave on the premises. Please note we CANNOT send to PO BOX addresses.

Due to the global pandemic, COVID-19 has been compelled to align with longer than standard logistics chains. We are coordinating with our global distribution partner UPS Express, to ensure the consignment of your purchase arrives as soon as possible. We are tracking orders at each depot and will continue to monitor your shipment until we know that it has arrived safely at your chosen destination.
DHL are experiencing longer than normal wait times and delays due to the limited number of operational cargo planes that are permitted to fly. We will continue to keep you updated with the latest service alerts; however, due to the ever-changing situation, please expect delays of up to 10 days.

In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through UPS, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
Suppose your order is returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver). Our Customer Care team will attempt to reach out immediately for an alternative address to resend.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return full price items and sale items that are not 'final clearance' to Sense Swim ® within 14 days from the date of receiving your package.
With sustainability at heart, we do not offer free returns. All return costs are to be covered by the customer.
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within the return's timeframe.
Sense Swim ® cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to the parcel; please make sure the complete customer identification (full name, address, telephone number) and order number if present on the outside and inside of the package.
Due to the high volume of requests regarding late returns we can only consider valid reasons (backed by evidence) for a return and refund, as a gesture of good will a credit note will be offered for anything outside of these conditions.

3.Make the shipment of your package with any transport company that guarantees the tracking of the shipment. In the case of shipping from outside the EU, make sure that the shipment has all shipping and customs costs paid.
If you send your return items from outside of the European Union, we recommend to use a courier (not post office) with a tracking number and select an option DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.
Returns from outside EU might be subject to additional fees such as custom procedures and/or taxes. We cannot control or predict these charges, and it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Only once the parcel has been cleared it will reach us. Prior to that, we have no say in whether we accept or reject a return parcel.
We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees.
In the case you refuse to pay the additional fees, we reserve the right to pay for all additional costs generated by customs.
Sense Swim ® doesn't accept returns or exchanges on International orders that have not been accepted by customers due to not wanting to pay the tax fees in their country of residence.
If a customer requests a refund or exchange and the package is held in customs on its way to our offices, Sense Swim ® is not responsible for any customs costs. These will be paid by the customer.
You have 14 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package.
We will not accept the return of any product that is not in the condition as shipped (not been used, washed, damaged, etc.) and must still be labelled.
All we ask is that your swimsuit has to be returned in its original packaging and condition to SENSE SWIM. Unfortunately, if your bathing suit is stained, deteriorated, or without the hygienic protection label, we will not be able to take it back without the hang tags.
The delivery shipping costs and the return costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.
If we made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. If that case, please contact us as soon as possible here.
We don’t do exchanges. If you want another size or item you should return the one purchased and place a new order.
We will refund the amount of the returned goods through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 15 days.
